RMZ, one of the world’s largest family-owned alternative asset owners, through RMZ Digital Infrastructure Partners (RDIP), has entered into a joint venture with Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS), a leading global hyperscale data centre operator, to develop digital infrastructure in the rapidly growing Indian market. The venture represents an equal partnership between RDIP and COLT DCS. Colt DCS, with 16 state-of-the-art-carrier neutral data centres in Europe and Asia and 25 years in the industry is now scaling their India operations in partnership with RMZ.

Navi Mumbai

India’s first hyperscale data center is located in Navi Mumbai, and has been built to Colt Tier 3 specifications. Projected to deliver 134MW of IT power across a potential gross technical area of 62,490m² upon completion, Phase 1 is complete, with Phase 2 underway.

Designed to support India's cloud migration, mobile internet growth, and industry digitalization, the Mumbai Data Centre offers scalable capacity, making it an ideal choice for large enterprises in financial services and cloud providers.

India’s second hyperscale data center is located in a strategically acquired land in Ambattur, a prime location in Chennai. This facility, the second in our hyperscale portfolio, will be built to Colt Tier 3 specifications and deliver 72MW of IT power upon completion.
