As Co-Founder and Chair of the Supervisory Board, Manoj Menda sets RMZ's strategic direction, holds its governance to institutional standards, and stewards the long-term allocation of capital across the group. Over more than two decades he has guided the firm's evolution from a real estate developer into a fully owned, integrated owner-operator and multi-strategy investment platform, with a portfolio spanning office, retail, hospitality, logistics, digital infrastructure and alternative assets.

He serves as a Governor for Infrastructure and Urban Development at the World Economic Forum and is an active member of the WSJ CEO Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the India Advisory Board of the Global Real Estate Institute.
