RMZ Appoints Tata Projects to Construct RMZ Infinity in Chennai

RMZ has appointed Tata Projects to execute the main civil works for RMZ Infinity, its upcoming commercial development in Porur, Chennai, under a contract worth approximately ₹670.24 crore. Spanning 16.4 acres, the development will feature four commercial towers with approximately 3.54 million sq. ft. of built-up area, primarily catering to global GCCs with floor sizes ranging from 22,000 SFT to 1,32,000 SFT. Designed as a future-ready workplace destination, RMZ Infinity will integrate sustainable, weather-resilient architecture, wellness spaces, F&B, retail and modern amenities. With LEED Gold pre-certification and a target of WELL Gold certification, the project adds another development to RMZ’s Chennai portfolio.
