Thirumal Govindraj is a distinguished leader in India’s real estate sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of RMZ Office and RMZ NXT (Industrial and Logistics). With over 25 years of industry experience, Thirumal has significantly contributed to RMZ’s growth and success. As a key member of the Executive Board, he oversees vital functions such as Board and Strategic Planning, Asset Management, and Property Management.

Under Thirumal’s leadership, RMZ has developed a diverse tenant portfolio and achieved a notable increase in Net Operating Income (NOI). He has also established RMZ as the custodian of India’s largest LEED ARC (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - Accredited Professional) portfolio, demonstrating his commitment to sustainable practices. In his role as CEO of RMZ NXT, Thirumal has been pivotal in driving growth and operational excellence.

His career includes leadership positions with esteemed International Property Consultants, notably CBRE, where he has emphasised stakeholder confidence and well-being initiatives.

Based in Bengaluru, Thirumal has spearheaded significant real estate transactions, including built-to-suit projects for Honeywell, Shell, and KPMG, as well as leases with major corporations like Morgan Stanley, SAP, and Qualcomm. Through his commitment to excellence, Thirumal continues to shape the real estate landscape in India, positioning RMZ as a leader in innovation and sustainability.

Arshdeep Sethi

Arshdeep Sethi is the CEO of RMZ Real Estate at RMZ. A seasoned executive with over thirty years of diverse experience, Sethi has been instrumental in all phases of the firm’s evolution, overseeing operations and acquisitions while guiding the company’s strategic vision. Based in Bengaluru, he leads the executive board committee, comprising vertical CEOs, ensuring a unified and forward-thinking approach to RMZ’s ambitious objectives.

Sethi has been pivotal in executing some of India’s largest transactions in real estate history, thereby providing vital growth capital and strategically positioning RMZ for its next phase of diversification and expansion. As the architect of the Mergers and Acquisitions division, he has orchestrated transformative mergers, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions, reinforcing RMZ’s market leadership.

Actively participating in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Sethi leverages his expertise to represent the real estate industry in engagements with government bodies. His influence extends to speaking at prestigious industry conferences, advising respected academic institutions, and collaborating with Harvard Business School to cultivate innovative growth strategies for RMZ.
